Context
Service businesses fielding 50–500 calls a week lose real revenue to missed calls — especially after hours, when every unanswered ring is a competitor's booking. RingIQ is a privacy-safe recreation of a real build: an AI receptionist with a dashboard the owner can actually trust.
The problem
Voice AI demos are easy; operational confidence is hard. An owner needs to see the live call, the caller's intent, the sentiment, what got booked, and what got escalated to a human — or they'll never hand over the phone line.
The approach
I built the full operator view: a live-call card with waveform, real-time transcript, and intent/urgency/sentiment tags; a day-view stat rail (calls handled, appointments booked, human transfers, after-hours captures); and a call log that shows outcome per conversation — resolved by AI, booked, or transferred.
What the build shows
In the live console: 87 calls handled in a day, 31 appointments booked, only 6 transferred to a human — and 22 after-hours calls captured that would have gone to voicemail. The transcript view demonstrates emergency detection and urgent routing on a burst-pipe call.
Recreated for confidentiality — a faithful, fully-working mimic of a real production build; client names, branding and data have been fictionalized.
