Context
Every service business runs on invisible busywork: routing leads, triaging tickets, syncing invoices. FlowPilot is a privacy-safe recreation of a real build — the console that makes that work visible — and then automates it away with AI decision steps.
The problem
No-code automation tools exist, but owners can't see them. When a workflow breaks or a lead slips through, there's no single screen that says what ran, what decided, and what it saved you. Automation without measurement is just hope.
The approach
I designed and built the full operations surface: a live pipeline visual (form → AI qualifier → routing agent → CRM) with animated data flow, a workflow table with real trigger/stack/run-rate columns, and a stat layer that reports the thing owners actually care about — hours reclaimed and response time.
What the build shows
The console demonstrates 12,480 tasks/month automated at a 99.2% success rate, average response time cut from over six minutes to 48 seconds, and ≈1.9 full-time roles reclaimed. Open the live demo and read the pipeline — every node, trigger, and stat is rendered by the real build.
